The driver consented to a search and was found to have a meth pipe and a small amount of Meth. Subject went to jail for a no bail arrest warrant for DUI. The driver was slow to exit the vehicle, but eventually exited on foot, and was standing next to the open drivers side door. 19-74542 / 245 / 3700 block of Clay / 1738 hoursDel Paso Heights (2A)The victim reported that a known female transient had thrown a rock at him, causing a cut on his cheek. Officers retraced his path of travel and found the victims property as well as a replica firearm bb gun. Per the alarm company, the suspect was wearing a gray colored shirt, but was also wearing a ski mask and gloves inside. He was taken into custody without further incident.
